On 3/13/2015 two young women came to my door claiming they were soliciting monies to go toward their college education. They were selling magazines, audio books for children and novels on audio.
After getting friendly and telling me what they were going to study I decided to assist them. I ordered one book from each-one for 61.95 and another for 58.95. The receipt had a way to cancel within 72 hours. The 13th was a Friday. I mailed my receipts back on Monday the 16th to the address noted on the receipt.
The envelope was returned unopened stating with a yellow sticker that said return to sender, attempted not known and unable to forward. I have never seen this type of USPS return sticker. Federal case since using bogus return labels.
After the return I have called numerous times. The phone was never answered and the voice mail box was full. Instructions said not to leave a message because no one checked for messages. Today (4/23) i was able to get a fax number. I will have to go somewhere to fax since I have no fax machine.
My checks were cashed, receipts returned in an envelope with the correct address as printed on the receipt.
I am out my money and in all likelihood I will not get the 2 items I purchased>

Update: So here we are two years later and Tom Greenwood and Evolve have yet to settle the debt of ~$12,000 dollars. I have done everything I can to get this money back however Tom has conveniently made the legal route impossible by changing lawyers and locations including Canada to avoid paying me for the work which I completed and he was paid for. Again this man, sort of, is a criminal and has no issues of ripping you or anyone who is at all trusting off. Please do not hire Tom work for or associate with this con-artist. Because of his failure to pay me this money I was forced to sell my car and move. He has yet to even talk to me or go to mediation. Which he contractually agree to. After two years I'm still recovering from this thievery and hope that no one else fails prey to this unethical and evil company and person. Thank you.
