Millennium Toyota Deceptive business practices Hempstead New York
To the person who got a bogus Carfax. Millennium does this all the time. There are 2 different types of Carfax reports. One is the full report- which should be used. The other is a titled report- this shows nothing.
Millennium also does the following:
1- A lot of their cars come from auctions and many were rental cars- how bad is that - a rental car
2-They don't really do the "160 point check up" they just fudge the paperwork, the cars are just fixed enough to get off of the lot
3-They deceptively mislead people into buying an extended warranty- which you don't need and which is where they make most of the money.
If you buy a warranty- they will tell you that you need it in order to get approved for financing- all you have to do is call Toyota financing and tell them you don't want it. You can get out of it if you notify in time- usually several months at the most.
You don't need a warranty- it's too expensive and most of the major issues are covered by the remainder of the factory warranty of the NY Lemon law.
