Miller Cleaning - Renee Miller Double charged, not refunded, stole house key, ruined faucet, poor cleaning, horrible customer service Lincoln Nebraska
Hired Miller cleaning on 1 year contract paid in full on my credit card. Was duplicate charged and never received refund ($1880.60 times 2!). Cleaning was poor, staff ruined faucet in master bath, I called Renee to complain many times and nothing was done, service was never improved. Cancelled my contract requesting refund of original duplicate billing PLUS pro-rated amount for remainder of 1 year services as well as return of house key and cost to replace ruined faucet plate. Still no response, no key, no refund. Hired attorney who sent letter with demands, no response. She did return "A" key, but it was someone elses key, not the key to my house! I am now out nearly $3400 plus have a missing house key and a ruined faucet! I used to like and respect Renee Miller and her company as we met in a local business group. I thought she was a nice and "cool" lady and inspired me being a female business owner as I am also. I have made every attempt to get Renee Miller to resolve the problems and refund me but she refuses. DO NOT HIRE MILLER CLEANING!

Rene is a terrible business owner. She cheats her clients and her employees. I worked for her over two years ago and she refused to reimburse me for my gas, travel time, and for items I had to get out of pocket to complete my job. She has yet to pay me the $650 she owes me after I started school. I've taken her to court and nothing has been done about it.
