bought an RV from Millers RV in February of 2014. it was very cold and rainy that day so they told us to come back to do a walkthrough and yet never schedule the walkthrough with us. The RV was supposed to have to services prior to putting on lot. 1 when it came in and one when it leaves for delivery. Neither was done nor a walkthrough so we ended up with a lemon. when I brought it to their attention that they've never done anything they said well thats your problem and the owner was a complete b***h. They said that they're not scared of being sued and they have hundreds of RV is that they do two this to every month and they don't need attorney nor Are they scared to get sued. now we ended up having to drain someone else's s**t from their tank, have 4 Jacks that don't work, drivers air conditioner that doesn't work, and plumbing problems. don't buy or read anything from these crooks!!! They will never do any service and anything they tell you even if its in writing they will miss place or end up not giving you a copy. You're better off not buying from them but going around the corner to a place called the RV shop.

In response to the customer's accusations, we have been in business for 28 yrs and have an excellent reputation.  We did not earn this by lying to and cheating customers.  What he failed to mention is that he bought a 14-1/2 year old motorhome 5 months ago, AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty and 5 months later he decides he has a problem and thinks the motorhome should be made new.  He does not have a lemon.  What he has is a well used 14-1/2 year old motorhome.  He has conveniently forgotten that part and he WAS given copies of docs he signed at purchase because he had them with him when he came to our dealership.

When the MH left here everything worked.  Anyone who has ever owned a MH knows that what is working fine today may not be working tomorrow.  It's the nature of the beast.  As for the walk through - it was his responsibility to call and set up a time convenient for him, not ours.  We are open 6 days a week so he had ample time to come back.  If the tanks were not dumped it was strictly an oversight and we apologized for that and told him he could come back and we would dump them for him.  We also offered to fax or mail him a copy of the check out and repairs ($1400) made to the coach; however, he said he didn't want them.

As for calling me a bad name I resent that.  I could certainly reciprocate; however, I won't lower myself to his standards.  When someone gets in my face DEMANDING to talk to my legal dept and threatening to sue us, I get rather defensive.  He said his brother is an attorney and it won't cost him a dime.  At that point he was told to do what he had to do and the conversation was terminated.

The fact that he chooses to trash mouth me and our dealership with such ridiculous accusations and I have to waste time responding to something so absurd is very counter productive.
