Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We took our truck to them concerned that something was going wrong. I specifically told them, the person that represented himself as manager, that my son had a serious illness requiring several hospital trips a week and could not have a break down on the road.

I wrote down what I wanted them to do in addition to whatever was causing the change in performance. I left my truck with them overnight so they could call me with the estimate.

This person who represented himself as service manager told me my transmission was the problem. I told him that we recently had it worked on and it was overhauled. He said they put "the covers" on backwards and it needed to be redone.

I asked him if he would give us a letter stating so, so that I could use it to get my money back from the previous place. He said, "Yes." In my list I asked that the tires be rotated and a slow leak be fixed. This was not done. I still have the slow leak.

When I picked the truck up I paid the over $1500.00. He said he didn't have the letter written as though it was an oversight. I waited and waited and have been engulfed in the care of my son.

I wrote them asking for the letter or a refund.

Mark, who the office staff said is their service manager, said "that guy" only schedules work, and continued to educate me to the fact that transmissions don't have anything called covers.

He did have a copy of my request to which I told him my tires were never rotated and the back tire still leaked. I was charged for the fixing of it too. I assume my serpentine belt, oil and filter was changed, but now I question it as well.

Mark seemed to give a holler to some mechanic to verify transmissions don't have covers. I interrrupted that stating that his business stated to me that was the problem. Whether they truly have covers is irrelevant to the fact that I paid around 1698.00 and authorized that work based on their recommenadation.

I requested a full reimbursement or the letter. Now I want only the reimbursement less the cost of a serpintine belt if I can get validation that the belt I have on is less than a year old.

Mark's response was, "We've never had any complaints before," to which I replied, "You do now." Have they ripped off you?
