Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought the course because Mr. Sylver said he was giving us a big discount from $3000 to $1995, and he was throwing in a free 3 day seminar. When I received the course, the packing slip said that the course costs $1013.75. I called their office about this discrepancy and talked to Bernese who said that the seminar was $1995 and the course was free. This is the opposite of what Mr. Sylver said. Basically, Mr. Sylver was playing on peoples emotions at the seminar and got us to think that we were getting a big discount, when in reality we were paying double what the course costs. On top of all that, the seminar was to be here in Las Vegas starting Aug. 15, and now I find out that it has been moved to Oct. 8. We are not going to be in Las Vegas on Oct. 8 because we will be out of state attending my mothers 82nd birthday.

There are big discrepancies, people saying different things and different prices, they wont answer the phone or return calls or emails, changing dates ect., These are very deceptive business practices and I dont like whats going on. I feel like Im getting scammed and I just want my money back, but they refuse to do this or make any ajustments.

Hello,

Have you done a web search on Marshall Sylver?

Why don't you contact your local Attorney General office or the State of Nevada Attorney General office? (We can work with anyone from Any State; you were a victim in Nevada)

This is not the first time this is happening or happened and will not be the last.

If you have or know of others who have had the same thing happen, contact them to help get involved.

It took a group to bring the light on him in 2003 and will take a group again.

"Marshall Sylver, real name Marshall Sylwesterzak, was indicted by a grand jury in 2003 around his Millionaire Mentorship Program. This program was advertised via seminars, radio advertisements, and internet advertising. This mentorship program claimed to be a 10-week intensive program where participants would get one-on-one mentoring so they could learn the skills for becoming a millionaireat the cost of between $4,500 and $6,000."

You will also be saving many people from the pain you are going through.

Did you do anything with his "Multi-Level Marketing Program" Prosperity Alliance?

Bet you did not know he is not licensed to do this!

Its not an "Affiliate" program as he says... because its more than 2 levels of payment (if he pays you or anyone else)

You cannot have someone pay lots of money up front to get into a "Multi-Level" or "Affiliate" program.

That is a felony and the A.G.'s office is looking for people to come forward again.

GRAND JURY INDICTES MARSHALL SYLVER ON NINE FELONY CHARGES

Las VegasAttorney General Brian Sandoval announced today that the Clark County Grand Jury returned an indictment Friday against Marshall Walter Sylwesterzak, a.k.a. Marshall Sylver, accusing him of nine (9) felony counts of theft by obtaining money under false pretenses. Felony counts involve thefts of $250.00 or more. The charges are derived from some of the business practices associated with Sylwesterzaks Millionaire Mentorship Program. Sylwesterzak, or Sylver, has advertised his Millionaire Mentorship Program on radio, the Internet and through other seminars, as a 10-week intensive program, wherein participants will receive personal, one-on-one millionaire mentoring to learn the skills skill necessary to become a millionaire. Sylver has claimed that his program is an elite course and that only qualified individuals who are pre-interviewed will be allowed to take the course. Sylver also advertised that his program has a money back guarantee: if a participant does not double his investment in the program within three months, Sylver will provide a full refund. The program cost ranges from $4,500.00 to $6,000.00.

The indictment alleges Marshall Sylver refused to honor his promised money-back guarantee, that he did not provide the promised mentoring and that he did not pre-interview anyone for the Millionaire Mentorship Program.

Theft by obtaining money under false pretenses is a category C felony and carries a sentence of one to five years. If convicted on all charges, Sylver faces up to forty-five years in prison.

As with all criminal matters, allegations are merely accusations, and individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Individuals who may have been victimized by Marshall Sylver or his companies should call the
