Unable to reach Support at telephone number given due to unavailable agents and wait times of more than 10 minutes that never got shorter even though I waited twice for more than 20 minutes each time. This product was advertised as being able to fit feet sizes from 5 to 11+. Directs buyer to cut length of insole to fit inside of shoes, or to the correct shoe size.
This does not take into consideration the length of toes which caused the large magnet in my insole to rest under a joint (bone) causing severe pain when walking instead of resting on a reflex point. There is no way to adjust the insole for this.
I tried to reach the company several times but was unable to. I called the number given twice and sent an email once.
