Mineral Science I called the company to cancel membership and state I had returned the product, they stated they had not received it. I returned by regular mail so I have no proof I sent it back! Now I have a 59.99 charge to my bank accout which I am trying to dispute. This company is virtually impossible to get hold of. IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS BY PHONE TO FINALLY GET THROUGH. I want $59.00 refunded! This is really a sham. Offer a free sample, then state you must return UNOPENED product for refund. How do you try it if you do not open it? This is what they are doing to all customers. I returned my product by regular mail. BIG MISTAKE! They say they didnt receive it, now I am out my money and trying to dispute it. This company needs to be shut down. How can any website allow them to advertise? Please help, I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Someone please get these guys, they are making millions off of unsuspecting people!
