Minton Water Treatment Jonathan Minton Hosed by Minton Water Treatment Land O Lakes Florida
I accepted a quote for the replacement of my older water treatment system and paid for the job in full. He not only took my money and never finished the job, but he also misrepresented himself as a plumber, He is not licensed by the county or the state. He didn't pull the required permit, never hauled off the old equipment, the system leaked and flooded my garage.
He never provided the startup chemicals, made a mess of things out at the well head. His wiring job of my pressure switch at the well left wires exposed, which would trip the breaker when it rained. I was basically left with a non functioning water treatment system.
He repeatedly lied indicating he would show up to finish the job. I would call him and he would say he was on his way...then he would never show or even call. After several days it became apparent he never intended to complete the job as he already had my money.
I could no longer take any more time off of work to be home, just so he could jerk me around. By this time he had stopped responding to my calls anyhow...so it finally reached the point I had to get someone else to complete the job he had already been paid to do.
