MY HUSBAND ORDERED THE "BOOK" THAT MIOPLEX ADVERTISES IN ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE(AND OTHERS). FROM THE PICTURE, IT APPEARS YOU ARE ORDERING A BOOK ON SWEDISH TECHNIQUES FOR PLEASING YOUR WOMAN, SUCH AS MULTIPLE ORGASMS ETC.

THE COMPANY THAT SHIPPED THE PRODUCT TO US IS HEALTH AND LIFESTYLES INSTITUTE, WHO THEY SAY IS A SISTER COMPANY TO MIOPLEX. I BELIEVE IT IS THE SAME CREEP WORKING UNDER DIFFERENT BUSINESS NAMES WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESS, ETC. WHAT'S FUNNY IS HEALTH AND LIFESTYLES INSTITUTE SHIPPED THE PRODUCT FROM AN ADDRESS IN KENTUCKY AND IT WAS POSTMARKED IN CLEVELAND OHIO.

MIOPLEX IS THE COMPANY THAT BILLED OUR CREDIT CARD. ONCE WE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, WHAT WE GOT WAS 4 PAMPHLETS. IT WAS NOT A BOOK, IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED IN THE ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE.

WE CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO LET THEM KNOW WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE ORDERED AND THAT WE WOULD BE SENDING IT BACK. WE WERE THEN INFORMED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY AND WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY, EVEN IF WE PAID TO MAIL IT BACK TO THEM.

WE TALKED TO THE SUPPOSED MANAGER, STEVE SCHMIDT, I BELIEVE IS HIS LAST NAME. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO US AND REFUSED TO TELL ME THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, MIOPLEX. HE JUSTIFIED THE 9.95 SHIPPING FEE (THERE WAS $2.90 POSTAGE ON THE ENVELOPE) AS A HANDLING FEE BUT THERE IS ALSO A 3.95 MERCHANT FEE.

THE WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE SCAM, WE PAID $53.95 FOR 4 PAMPHLETS WITH HARDLY ANY INFORMATION IN THEM, AND NOTHING WE DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW.

WE INTEND ON REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL. ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE, PLEASE ALSO REPORT THEM. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY WE MAY BE ABLE TO GET JUSTICE, IS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

WE ARE ALSO MAKING A COMPLAINT TO ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE AND OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER THERE PRODUCTS, THEY ARE ALL SCAMS. AND THEY HAVE NUMEROUS PRODUCTS AND NAMES THEY WORK UNDER, SO ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT SAY $$$ BACK GUARANTEE, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER IT.
