In March 2002 I signed up with MMG Aka RMP trying to take care of credit cards that was accumalated while married. Then came the divorse and I got all the bills. Well I had hoped that this company could help me.

So I was told that if I gave them $2700.00 that they could get the credit card company to cut the bill in half and take care of it for me. Well after 3 years I received a phone call from on of the credit cards saying that if they didnt get there money they were going to take me to court.

Well in my job I cant have anything like that on my history I will lose my job, because I work with money. So I got a loan off my 401K and paid off the card.

After I got the phone call I faxed MMG Aka RMP and told them I wanted out. So the sent me a letter to sign and fax back stating that I would have my check with 4 to 6 weeks. Never got it.

8 Weeks later I faxed them again and I was sent an email saying that the finance dept. has the check and they are waiting for the power of attorney letter were sent out. I told them not to worry about that because I had already spoke with the creditors and made arrangements to pay off the bills.

With in 2 weeks I had 2 of the bills paid off and was just wait for the money from MMG to pay the last bill. Well I still have not received it.

I dont understand how people can do this to anyone I am a single mom with 4 kids. It was hard for me to give up that kind of money. and to now get it back is even harder.

Dear maam' my name is Philip and I too am a victum of this company. I do not know how you paid this company. Mine was in the form of withdrawals from my checking account. If this is the case, notify your bank that you had not authorized these transfers. I actually sent e-mails and letters to RMP telling them that I was not authorizing anymore transfers to them. Your bank should be able to re-emburse you for the last three months that you paid this company. And also tell your bank to block any and all transfers to this company. Because they have already tried to withdraw more money from me. I wish I would have done this sooner. After that, do your best to contact the people you owe money to. These creditors can be understanding to what you have gone through and work out some sort of payment plan. I hope that this has been helpful.
