Got my wife to become a member of Miracle Management Group in April 2004.

She got herself into credit card debt, because of her mental illness. I managed her membership on her behalf.

From the beginning MMG was very difficult to get in touch with, days would go by before they returned phone calls or emails.

When my wife received a law suite from a creditor, MMG was so slow in dealing with the collection agency, I had to make a compromise with the collection agency myself, or my wife would have ended up in court. MMG paid the collection agency from my wife's settlement account, then charged her a settlement fee for a compromise I got myself.

In June my wife and I decided to drop out of the program and was told two to six weeks before she would receive a refund from her settlement account. Have not been able to get a returned phone call, or email from MMG since.

I received a phone call after seven months, June 1 2006 from Mike saying he was calling from Risk Management Partners, and that We would be receiving a check in two business days the total amount owned us. June 5 2006 We received a check,took it to our bank, deposited it and as of June 9 2006 the money is still there? This is the return address that was on our enverlope. Risk Management Partners LTD 5605 N. Macarther Blvd 10th Floor Irving, TX 75038 Mike's phone # 972-352-0249 If we did not receive the check UPS return address H.Stanton RMP 2533 N. Carson ST Carson City NV 89706 phone # 866-582-9752 Maybe this company is deciding to do the right thing ???? We will check on our money again to see if it is still there in a few more more days. MMG PROMISES TO PAY

According to the Assist Attorney Generals Office, State Of Arizona. A hearing was held in court on August 29, 2005. MMG has said they will make restitution. I received a return email from MMG that my refund is being processed and to please be patient. Be patient, I do not recall them having to wait for their fees, and how quick they got their money out of my checking account? I quess I will have to wait and see. I will keep all you other fellow customers posted. Good Luck.

BBB unable to get a response

The BBB of Central/Northern Arizona was unsuccessful in obtaining a response from MMG, regarding our complaint. Therefor MMG has been LISTED WITH THE BBB AS UNSATISFACTORY. We are open to advise about this situation.
