I was contacted by the Miracle Truss owner offering to reimburse me for my expenses to repair my building. I was appreciative of the companies efforts to repay my expenses and make this amore pleasent experience. Todate I have been made whole in regards to any out of pocket expenses to myself which I believe was a fair offering by Miracle Truss. My initial complaint was raised out of the poor customer service and treatment I had initially received. The company did contact me approx. 4 weeks later and indicate there was a misunderstanding at their end regarding some comments made that caused me to be informed that my warranty was revoked because I had purchased a third party door for the building. At no time was I ever informed that a third party door was an issue with them and felt this inappropiate to revoke my warranty for this reason. Todate this warranty has not been reinsatated however they did make an effort to better the relationship. I have completed the building and it is as advertised and is currently being used as intended. I have not had the need to request any warranty work nor do I anticipate any at this time. The only caviet I have is you should inquire as to the warranty issue should you choose to utilize a third party door manufacture instead of Miracle Truss' hanger door. Good luck to all and happy building.. Marc
