They have a 100% satisfaction, but does not honor it. Had them polish motorcycle parts. they made themselves sound really goo. Well when we got the product back. It was horrible. Black paint still every whee. Called, sent pictures. We were underr crunch so our in house tech, finished their job. They will not even refund part of the money and my guy took 10 hours to fix their mess. Wanted us to shiped it back, at our expense, and we didn't have the time. Tony is a liar.

1. This customer with the motorcycle parts forgot to mention the fact that he had MANY other parts in the same order that were said by them to be perfect to their satisfaction.
2. This customer also forgot to mention the fact that the original quote for the pieces in question were quoted to not be polished in the area he is having a problem with...it specifically states that the pieces will not be polished deep inside the finned area.
3. The customer also didn't mention that we were willing 100% to take care of his problem for him FREE OF CHARGE! We take care of our customers and we were going to take care of any issues he had with no extra charge to him....that is in the return policy right on the home page too.
4. We NEVER one time said the shipping charges would be at their expense!
5. We have the proper equipment to get the black out of the finned area and that was a VERY, VERY small part of the job...that would have not taken us long at all to get it all taken care of and shipped back out to the customer.
6. We are 100% willing to take care of this customers pieces, look them over and do what is needed to get them done. They had a LOT of other parts that were done perfect to their satisfaction and that is what the customer says, but they left that part out and again they also left the part out about the quote saying specifically that the cylinders and heads will not be polished deep down in the finned area, but would be polished in the surrounding areas.
We stand behind our work and we are standing behind this work as well...all they need to do is send the piece back in and we would look it over and get anything fixed that is a problem.
