Mission foods only wants hispanic managers and workers. They try to get everyone to work 70 hours a week and do not want to pay a good wage. Look at their company financial reports online. They are poorly managed because they promote on race not ability. This has caused them to lose money year after year. Their turn over rate is on the average of 45%. Their percentage of college educated managers is 5%. Very low in today's economy. This is because anyone with an education understands quickly how bad the work environment is and leaves. They promote unqualified people from the floor with no education. They prey on the ignorant.
They are a wasteful and low tech company. The do not have people smart enough to have a higher tech system. If you are hispanic Mission foods is a great company. You do not need and education, ability or any real skills and they will promote you based on your skin color.
