Simplexity and Wirefly have gone out of business filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy but their Mobile Device Protection site is automatically charging monthy to everyone who has the protection plan. They also are using the DELL name but the DELL folks that I spoke with said they have nothing to to with this and it is definitely NOT a DELL plan. Better call your bank and stop the charges because there is no way to contact Simplexity or Wirefly. Good Luck....

This as I said previously is definitely 3rd party insurance owned by wirefly/simplexity. Check my file uploads and call the numbers yourself. You are not an authority since you have no idea what is going on. My bank has my back. The warranties were all cancelled on 12/31/2013 for everyone.

The company that sold you the phones may be out of business but that doesnt invalidaye any warrenty you are paying on. It is a common practise for cell companies to outsource warrenties to a third party. By cancelling you may be causing yourself more harm then good. Before you cancel call the number provided on your bank statement and see if they are a third party insurance. They do this to keep customers happy and their hands free from any declines. The customer gets a warrenty, the cell company gets a taste of the fee, and a third party handles all claims.
DONT BE STUPID AND CANCEL BEFORE YOU CHECK!!!!!
