(MOCA) Momentum Canada Payment Systems DO NOT GO WITH MOCA OR WORK FOR THEM Dallas, Texas
I want to warn everyone who is considering to either WORK for Moca or whom is thinking about going with them for their business;
I was employed by them with great hopes of an amazing commission package however it is the last thing I received.
First off, anyone who is considering switching or going with them for the POS system STAY AWAY; I have worked for them for 4 months in a small town and found out from MANY business owners and complaints about how they did not receive their money, how they are getting random charges that were not explained (in which i was not trained to explain either)- they are a company that prides themselves on customer service but all they do is try to get an easy sale and in the words of my co-worker "get the sale and get out". I feel so bad for all of the businesses I sold too because i unknowingly scammed them of their hard earned money! So whatever you do, DO NOT go with them and ALWAYS be careful of these types of businesses and sales people.
As for if you want to JOIN Moca as employment be prepared to be lied too.
I had constant problems with getting paid and the only excuse they would give me were ones that clearly brought up red flags, for example: i did not get paid over 1000$ because their banks hit their "limit" on paying employees.
The second issue is that this company NEVER ONCE provided full breakdown of the commission structure and when i was paid i had random amounts of cash deposited into my account with no explanation to why i was paid that specific amount.
The employees that work there have no idea what they are doing, you receive no proper training and when discussing this with my boss he told me "the less you know the better, its better to remain naive "- so you cannot tell me that a legit company with proper moral would say something like this!!!
Lastly, to all females be prepared that if you are remotely good looking to have your boss hit on you all day long! The lack of professionalism and uncomfortable comments that were made would make any female feel uncomfortable and uneasy.
everyone just needs to stay away from this company if you want to keep your money and have a sense of work ethic as this company lacks in organization and ALL types of professionalism!
