I went online and purchased some clothing from this online store and I am shocked to see what they have sent me. The clothing was the worst quality I have ever seen and when I tried to contact them I could find no number on there website. I can't believe  I didn't notice that when I ordered. Anyways I sent in an email and received a response pretty quick. They said the clothes were inspected before delivery and there's nothing they could do for me. I think this is really bad service. They send me a product with threads coming loose from every end and on top of that with strange stains.  You should really beware of this company. This was my first and last time ordering with them.

I've always ordered with (((competitor's name redacted))) but I thought I would try Mode-5 out. Looks like I made a mistake. So take it from me, it's safe to order with any other company as long as you STAY AWAY FROM MODE-5.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. The report filed with Rip Off Reports about Mode-5 is baseless. Mode 5 is new in online commerce industry - approximately 2 months as a functioning website processing transactions. Currently we have only been processing large wholesale orders for the few clients we cater to. Our clients are required to register prior to proceeding with their order. With their registration and invoice they recieve a phone number which provides access to customer service. We also have a very easy return and exchange policy. If a garment for any reason does not meet a client's expectations they can call for a complete refund or an exchange. We have had only one return in the history of our company and it was done with no questions asked. We are the only company in the United States that provides the style of clothing in our selection. If the above situation did occur, please provide an invoice or the invoice number to support such a claim.
