Mogul Focus and Rubin Carter were paid in advance and in full (Hundreds of Dollars) to creatively design and build a site and to this day, they have not. It has been an extreme amount of time, past what the company gave as a service quote, and now they want to charge me again (nearly double) to finish the site that they were already paid to do. Did I mention that we had to build the site ourselves because apparently they could not and they are refusing a refund!

They are consistently unavailable, late and non-responsive until you begin to get overly assertive. They are not members of the BBB, we have no idea where they are located, nor are their business days or hours posted anywhere but they are sure available to take your money! By the way, Do Not Pay them with PapPal (that’s who they use)....because they no longer have purchase protection for digital services. We could not get our money back from them either because of this new policy. One that note, we will be taking this situation up that ladder until it’s resolved. thenewsprinters

I just read Rubin Carter's response and I have to laugh at what he posted! It's strange that you took many months to reply (if you were in the right, why not respond forthwith), and still have not told the truth. The facts are, that his own banking service "PayPal" stated that I was not the only one with recent complaints about his business taking peoples money and not doing the work. They actually wanted to refund money (because of services NOT rendered), but they could not do so because of their new policy on digital services. Not only did they agree with me, but they're also the ones that referred me to my credit card company to dispute the charges and to get "ALL" of my money back. Interesting how The "FTC" agreed with me, as well and the Better Business Burea and several other policing agencies. My financial status is irrelevant...Whether I'm rich or whether I'm broke, you don't just get to keep my money for work NOT done! At this point, I have no complaints because the credit card company saw the egregious business practices of MOGUL FOCUS and gave me ALL of my money back! Luckily, I was able to do a better job myself and bring MY vision to life. Unfortunately, after stating what I wanted clearly over and over and over and over again, it went ignored and undone by the business that I paid to do it. As I said, deal with them if you want, but you have been warned.

This women asked that we create a website using wix and wanted it to have a futuristic feel. We did just that. Regarding websites, we require a 50% deposit up front and the balance due upon completion. She was afraid that if she didn't pay for the entire website up front then she would spend the money and she really needed the website. She paid for the site in full.  After we completed the site, spending several hours doing customer graphic design work  like morphing her face onto a robot and putting her image into computer screens,  she decided to go onto wix and build another website. Because she created the 2nd site, she felt like she was entitled to a refund. She asked about redoing the website on a non-wix platform and I informed her the cost would be double since the site would be built from scratch. Keep in mind this is after the original site wes completed.  As you will be able to see from the link provided, the site was done.  It states on our invoices that there are no refunds. But she kept stressing that she had a lot of bills that she had to pay and needed to find some money. So when things got tight with her bills she wanted a refund.
