I went to get my smog test, it did not pass but when I left my car was missing and before i went there it was not running that bad. Last year the put the wrong information for my other car . I think they are teamed up with repair shop as they are doing this.

  Dear Sir/Madam,

I came across some complaints you have filed against my job performance.  First of all, if I mistreated your vehicle I am curious as to why you never filed a complaint against me with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.   They are the ones that issue me my license to perform smogs in California and they would have contacted me within 24hrs of a complaint.  If you did contact them, I never received any news from them.  Please do me the favor of posting a response with a detailed description of your conversation with them.  Very uncanny to smear my name and reputation without going to the proper channels to do so.  Explain why you feel I am "tied in with repair stations" and put wrong information regarding your other vehicle.  If I am tied in to other repair stations then they might want to start paying me because I havent seen a dime yet.  In a nutshell, if your going to complain be way more specific before or you could have simply come and discussed this problem with me first before jumping to attack mode.

Thank You,

Mohamed Bentaalla

Alot of places have gotten rid of this because of the amount of ripoffery involved. You might try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after a few minutes. If that doesnt help, maybe your local autozone can scan for codes and see whats up, then reset them.

This is assuming these goofs didnt hurt your car mechanically. Were you with your car the whole time?

Ive never had a smog test, so no expert, but you might wanna make sure these jackasses didnt leave something stuck in your tailpipe either.
