Wow... Mojo Marketplace, what an absolute joke!  Do NOT use them!  I paid for a template, that of course started as free, then ended up being $345.00 by check out.  The first person from customer service sent me an email saying there was an error and I would have to contact the hosting company ( blue host ) to fix the issue.

I responded "What error?", the reply was "an error - contact your hosting company".  Again, I asked what the error was so I could tell the hosting company, nope, just "an error". So again, I asked, this time I was sent a picture of the directory structure of the server.  Ok, so?  So I asked what the issue was with it?  Did I need to add something? Was something out of place?  Again... "an error".  Wow.....

Then a second person contacts me, says my template has been set up.  Great!  I log onto my website to see it, hmmm..... same page that was there that I put in months ago as a place holder.  So I reply, "where is my website?  I only see my temp page".  Oh... they put it at the wrong URL!!!  What?  You need to fix that and now!  Nope.... we installed the template, what you paid us to do, so that's our job - you figure it out.  Really?

So we go back and forth for two days and finally I am told the lovely anology of "If I paid somebody to put sod down at my house, and they put the wrong sod down, I would still have to pay them, being they did the job."  Oh no... I disagree, I want what I paid for!  A template at the correct URL!  Nope....  how about a refund?  Nope, we don't give refunds.  Ok - here we go then.

Then two days later a third customer service person emails me, after I have deleted everything on the server, directory structure and all, and told the host to shove it and I won't be using them anymore.  The person says "I'm trying to install your template, but there is an error with the server, seems there is no folders on it".  HHAHHAHAHAHAHA  I laughed my *** off, of course not!  I burnt it down days ago in a fit of rage!  I want a refund!  Nope... we don't give refunds.

So I haven't heard back from anybody in days.  I do have a refund request into PayPal, and we'll see how that goes, but Mojo Marketplace is the most inept group of idiots I have ever dealt with!  Everybody is trying to put my template in place, everybody says there are errors, but won't tell me what errors so I can deal with them, nobody seems to know what anybody else is doing!  What a complete group of idiots!

If I was you, do NOT use them!  They will take your money and screw you over good!  Oh, and of course they don't give refunds, even if they put the template at the wrong URL.  nice.... good business practices.

The founders email is ************************* but he won't be of any help, he never responded to multiple reaquests for help from me.  I'm sure he is just happy another person has paid for something they never received.  Wow... what a joke of a company!

Run!  Run like the wind from these people!
