They sold software that did not work. Customer support was the worst I have ever experienced: calling at 7:30pm to fix an issue after office hours, asking to resolve customer service issues via SKYPE, not speaking good English,  ot responding in a timely matter.  

Software crashed 4 times and when I asked for a refund they sent me through their skype customer service specialist named Cinnamon. A process that was over 9 weeks before we reported them to the BBB.  This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and its insulting how they hide behind marketer of the year.  

When I called the "marketer of the year" to speak with them about the failed software and customer service issues, he had no other intention but to sell me his program.  When the CEO joined the call, his solution for the issues was to sed me a NEW COMPUTER because because because because because because because sure his product worked and it was my computer that was the issue.  I asked for a refund for the $1000 because fee and 5 months of $197 worth of charges where we were unable to effectively use the software and were charged for it.  ....AND he offered to send me a $500 laptop....No Thank You!!!!   I have a mac and do not have the time to waste on supporting your aggressive sales spin or your services.  

They were more concerned proving their product was superior than addressing me, my experience or satisfying customer service issues.  

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR -- MARKETER OF THE YEAR!!
