I ordered the ***Trial Version*** of the Momentum Direct product "2 Day Slimdown". After paying $9.94 to cover the cost of shipping, I received the product 3 weeks later. After trying the product for 2 days, I decided it wasn't for me and , per the instructions on their website, I e-mailed them stating that I did not wish to receive their product anymore.
3 weeks later, I checked my account balance and realized that I had been robbed of $99.90 by Momentum Direct. I immediately called my bank to report this and got no where. I then repeatedly called and e-mailed Momentum Direct at every available address I could find. No Response. Then after further review of my checking account, I noticed that they had claimed that I authorized this check to be written on July 3, however I have had zero communication with this company since I sent my 1st e-mail. Also, the check number that they used was written out to someone else already.

I finally got someone on the phone. First it was a girl named Jessica who was rude and snotty. She insisted that I didn't understand the terms and conditions. I stated to her exactly what it says on their webpage and their promotional "free" trial. After arguing for 20 minutes I demanded to speak to a supervisor. A woman named Casey got on the phone and began to initiate the same conversation I had with Jessica. I finally got her to be quiet long enough to demand that my money be returned to me and to tell her that I filed a complaint with the BBB. She insisted that it was an error on my part because I didn't send back any unused portionof the product & that's why I was charged-per the terms and conditions. I told her that there was no unused portion to send back therefore my cancellation e-mails and phone calls were quite sufficient to end the matter.
