Momentum Direct This company robbed me blind Ripoff Magnolia Texas
I signed up for the "free" 14 day trial of their amazon diet, paying only shipping charges of 4.95. The only payment they accepted was an e-check.
not 4 days later, i had a charge for 49.95 in my bank account, and when i tried to call this company, i got ahold of a guy who spoke really bad english, who told me to call a secondary number.
This number had operating hours of something like 11am-2pm mon-friday, and when i tried to call, all i ever got was an asnwering machine. then 2 days after that, i got another charge for 58.93! i am currently trying to get in contact with my bank, to get this issue resolved.
something needs to be done, they need to be prosecuted so they can go rot in white collar crime prison, as this is straight up theft.
