LETTER I WROTE TO MONARCHS MANAGER.

I AM A NEW PLAYER AT MONARCHS ONLINE CASINO, ON MARCH 2 I DOWNLOADED THE CASINO AND PLAYED WITH THE 100 COMP WHICH I LOST. ON MARCH 2 I MADE A DEPOSIT FOR 15DOLLARS AND RECIEVED A BONUS WITH THAT AND LOST. THE LIVE CHAT VERONICA ADDS A BONUS TO MY 351.00 AND MAKES IT 400.00 NOW THE AGENT IS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND TELLS ME I NEVER MET MY PLAYTHOUGH ON MY BONUS, I TOLD HER I NEVER ADDED A BONUS TODAY AND THAT I SAW IT PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT AS I WAS ASKING FOR WITHDRAW, I TOLD HER I DID'NT WANT IT SO SHE REMOVED IT, WHICH BROUGHT ME BACK TO MY 351.00,

I ASK AGAIN CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAW, I HAD NO BONUS TODAY, SHE SAYS WE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED A BONUS WHILE YOU WERE PLAYING, YOU JUST DIDN'T NOTICE AND YOU LOST WHAT YOU DEPOSITED AND WERE PLAYING WITH A BONUS. NOW I'M UPSET, BECAUSE I WAS PLAYING THE WHOLE TIME VERY AWARE OF MY BALANCE THE WHOLE TIME, THERE WAS NO BONUS. MY UNCLE WORKS FOR THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND I'M PREPARED TO FILE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, NOT JUST FOR ME, BUT FOR THE COUNTLESS NUMBER OF PEOPLE ONLINE WHOM ARE BEING DONE THE SAME THING AT YOUR CASINO.
