This money exchanger company is possibly a big fraud. I made deposit to my account with them from my Libderty Reseve Account about a month ago and I paid them for a debit card I could use to withdraw funds. They sent me the wrong card for a different card holder. A company called StressFreeMoney.com is the name on the debit card that was sent to me.
I have tried to contact the card issuing bank or company with no results unless I were to pay for assistance. I have also tried to contact StressFreeMoney.com but their toll free number is no longer good. The alternative phone number went to voicemail and I left a message.Funds that were supposed to be loaded to my card that I did not receive are still being held by Money Central Market. They have refused to answer emails today. They promised to send a new card over 2 weeks ago and did not. The "manager" Steve B. was very rude to deal with over 2 weeks ago via ther live chat. This last week when I tried to contact them via live chat, the live chat session suddenly disappeared. I did get an email from them saying they would send me the informaton needed to activate the wrong card sent to me so that I could use it to access my funds, after the bank changed the account information tied to that card. I was promised it would be done last Thursday. It is now the following Monday and there have been no results.
Stay away from this company. I have records of nearly all live chats and the emails from them.
