Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was told: These are folks who have already gone thru the mortgage process and will be closing within 3 weeks. As a service to them they are told an insurance agent will be contacting them They are expecting a call and many of them need or want to increase or get life coverage. They at least want to discuss it. I assume P&C agents are told something similar tales.

Supposedly been in business over 30 years. Their QC people will follow up to make sure the customer was offered reliable products, as part of the financing process. that is why the clients are, far from being a cold call.

After you send in a contract and a card to charge, most of your communication suddenly goes to voice mail.

The folks you "follow-up" with ((alleged new mortagees) have no idea why you are calling, it goes downhill from there.

From What I can tell real-estate agents and probably "other" mortgage brokers get taken-in also.

They are looking for "dependable" agents that will provide quality product promptly.

They say all non- buyer leads will be replaced, but realize in turn, you must stay active, so next month to get your credit, which is more leads, not a refund, you will have to pay again. but does that mean you get more random junk?

The game is to get folks signed up and payed, they are going for a couple thousand up front, and if they just keep moving on to another "mark" every month, it's a good money turn.

Eventually the credit card companies ought to recognize it is scam.

I'm sure it is a fringe design trying to avoid the feds, my opinion is it is interstate fraud

Notify your card Company right away, if you were lucky enough to get bad vibes within the first encounters, also the Los Angeles BBB, so that the complaints

can be counted.

Who knows how many agents realize they were taken, and just give up.

Internet leads for life insurance have rarely proven to me to be good, I thought this was a very good combination, (business model), but it is not legit.

The leads are junk, I suspect product survey cards, when to buy a mixer, radio, washer etc.

Using this service is not about "working the leads." You might as well call out of a phone book. Every lead I received from this place was wither hours away from my business (despite their assruances that they would give me leads within my county), a non-working number, or someone who said they never expressed any interest in life insurance. This company takes your money, does not honor its commitments, and provides you with garbage. The number of epople they have ripped off is legion--just check other sites on the Internet. So to suggest that it's a matter of "working the leads, people," is simply b.s.

It works, but you have to do your part!

I went through Nationwide Financing for my leads and I have no complaints. People, you have to know how to sell your services! In the beginning when I call, my leads may get upset but with those particular ones I simply & politely give them my number and within anywhere from 1 week to 3 months people remember and call me back asking my receptionist or I for a quote. Its simple, know how and what you are doing and if you are good at it these leads will come in handy. We agents are salespeople, so we should know that once we get the potential customer on the phone we have to do it right the first time. Some respond better and faster than others, but hey, it beats waiting by my phone in my office hoping someone gets me from Google or the Yellow Pages. Remember, leads are important in our industry or else we close shop!
