Mike, I hate to tell you this but it is doubtful that she was honest about being a backdoor virgin.
Be that as it may, it was foolish of her and of you for not insisting on using a barrier protection during your encounter. Some STDs are not detected until months or years after exposure and anyone who comes into contact with your blood or semen (or other bodily fluids) could be at risk for contamination. I'm sure you know that some STDs are not simply treatable with a simple shot and some aren't treatable at all. Hep-C and HIV do not have cures. They are life sentences and not worth the few minutes of pleasure it took to acquire the diseases.
I suggest that you set up an appointment with a local health clinic and ask for a full STD panel including Hep-C, Chlamydia, Syphillis and HIV. And if you are not already vaccinated for Hepatitis B, you should receive all three injections to protect yourself from that disease. Please protect yourself, your partners and any future partners you may have.
If you can afford prostitutes, you can afford condoms but if you fail to have the foresight to keep them on hand, you can pick them up from the local health clinic as well.

keep browsing craigslist for hookers ??? Your ad I've now seen twice , with multiple posts about how you keep getting ripped off by hookers, maybe you should not look for hookers there. And it's by multiple hookers , so apparently you never learned in the first place.
