Las Vegas,#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

I know the ADT sales rep who posted this. It was a disgruntled former employee.
Our local office, CRS Services Limited has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and Monitronics, the monitoring company, has protected the World Leaders at the G-8 summit in Atlanta, GA. We are great companies.
Here in Las Vegas the Police do NOT respond unless the emergency is verified either Audibly or Visibly. With every alarm we include the two-way voice feature. It is almost identical to On-star (if someone gets into a crash, On-star is notified and an operator comes across the speaker to ask if you are ok and if you need an ambulance). When the alarm goes off, a Monitronics operator comes across the 2-way voice. If they hear nothing wrong, they send a security guard to verify if everything is ok. IF THEY HEAR SOMETHING AMISS, such as someone yelling for help, the sound of a window being broken, a door being kicked in, etc. they notify the police and the police respond.
ADT is a good company, but here in Las Vegas, if the alarm goes off, they dispatch an armed guard EVERY TIME. Period. The guard arrives to the house, on average, 22 minutes later (sometimes it takes an hour or longer). I don't know about you, but IF there is a home invasion going on and my wife and kids are screaming, I want the police to show up in a minute or two, not an armed guard to meander his way to my house.
The reason I am so passionate about this is because I had an actual break-in attempt at my own home while my wife and I were at work. My workplace is just over a mile from my house. When I got the call, I ran out to my car and flew home in less than 2 minutes. TWO police cars pulled in right behind me before I could even pull to a stop. The policemen had me unlock the door, then had me wait outside, while they made sure my home was clear. They found the window where the burglar was attempting to break in when the alarm scared him off.
So do NOT let this ADT rep who filed this report fool you!
ADT is a good company too but they have a poor procedure for a city like Las Vegas where the police don't respond unless its verified.
This rep is NOT a good rep. He is NOT honest. He has had MANY complaints for deceiving clients just as he tried to do with this posting!
