While it is true that the company told me to bring back and tried to fix again, they did not actually fix the problem. After leaving the companies lot, I noticed my back right tire started to shake. Since the time I had them fix and then fix the breaks, my tire has rubbed the wheel well. I do stand behind my thoughts of the company and feel that people should go to a reputable company and steer away from Monroe Muffler. And I do have the same receipt for 1 side. Also my husband was there to view the entire process. I guess Terry should be careful of what he wishes for because the customer WILL write back.

In looking at Darla's invoice, I don't see how she possibly thinks we only did one side of her brakes. We installed a SET of rear brake shoes and TWO wheel cylinders. Also since her repair, she has returned. The problem she had appears to be due to a bad part we received (wheel cylinder) and the work was re-done under warranty.
