The customer called us and we were not showing this product our site at the time. He asked for a price and we quoted the stool. The customer did not see this a stool on our website. He saw it on barstoolsupercenter.com. He received the stool and did not like the footrest. The stool he actually wanted with the other footrest was a different stool entirely. He ordered and confirmed the Steffie Stool by Eurostyles. The footrest he wanted came on the Stella Stool. He actually needed these stools for a commercial environment and we do not guarantee them in writing for that use. The stool is not a safety hazard at all for consumer use. We stand behind all our products and had he been sent the incorrect stool, we would have returned them free of charge without a question. I have personally reviewed the actual emails from the customer to our call center requesting and confirming the Steffie Stool. The customer kept the stools because he received what he ordered and in that case the manufacturer does charge a restocking fee and return shipping. We do not get any of these fees.
