WORST CAR RENTAL IN MONTREAL! I have been using their services for a while now (foolishly because of their low deposit requirement) and always had issues. But the most recent and most disturbing issue came when I rented a truck from them that was broken.
On the highway out of nowhere the gas peddle would get stuck on almost full throttle rocketing the truck to over 150 kph before I was able to safely reach down to the floor and pull the peddle back up with my hands. This happened 3 times in a 3 day rental. It was a very scary time for me needless to say!
When I complained about this issue, the owner got very upset, start screaming at me and got right in my face as if he was going to intimidate me. At the end of our "talk" ( he was screaming like a child, I was calmly listening) he told me he was going to refund me the full rental and that I should never call them back, to which I agreed that was a fair deal. Like I'd ever rent a car from them again anyway after fearing for my life during this rental.
The following day I was refunded only $100 not the $1700 that was supposed to be refunded to me. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card and will be forced to deal with this situation until its resolved. If you're looking to rent a luxury vehicle I strongly recommend using one of the other services in Montreal as this service is run by people who try to intimidate you and supply you with extremely dangerous vehicles.
