On 3/25/13 (monday) I was invited to interview for their "confidential" job of bookkeeper through a Linked In ad I answered.  The interview was set for 3/26/13 at 2pm. I went to the interview. It cost me $40 dollars to get there because I was coming in from NJ where my dad lived and when I got there it was early. I waited 1.5 hours to interview and watched the process from across the street but when I went in myself at 2pm I was told "Richard had to cancel the interview. Good luck with finding a job?"
By the woman in the store which was at 67 Wooster Street - I was told I'd get an email. This is what it said:

Nadia Nour - Production11:50 AM (10 hours ago)to meHi Catherine,
Sorry but we must cancel your interview scheduled for today at 2:00.
Best of Luck to You,

Seriously? They need to tell me why and they didn't. I have posted this info all over the internet and on two separate blogs - these people need to pay me for my time spent traveling to and from their store.

I am owed $100 for the day - I intend to send them my invoice. 2ndly I found out that in 2012 they were sued in NYC supreme court for Employee Discrimination - and I know I dodged a bullet but this is NOT FROM CRAIGSLIST it's from LINKED IN and this company sells it's crappy clothing for huge bucks - $780 bucks for a dress? $1,120 dollars for a pair of pants? Because a jerk like Kayne West bought a dress for that bimbo Kardashian and in NYC there are homeless people crossing all colors, classes and creeds? This is outrageous behavior like my time is worth nothing?

I am invoicing them tonight - and then I will sue them in small claims court - they cannot get away with this - it's criminal.

This is a rebuttal to the butt head who responded from Arizona about what I posted. While I sent these horrible people an invoice I did it to prove a point. Whether or not I get paid is NOT the point. They should not be able to do this to other people hence the reason I posed on Rip off report and other sites.

I don't much care for your tone and I do hope that one day you are unemployed and have no money so you will know how it feels to be treated like garbage.

"  I am invoicing them tonight - and then I will sue them in small claims court - they cannot get away with this - it's criminal.  "

This report is a crack up.   The facts, according to your own report, are that this company cancelled an interview with you 2 hrs. and 10 min. before it was scheduled to occur.    Somehow you think that doing such heinous thing is criminal (which it is not) and that they owe you the arbitrary figure of $100.

" Seriously? They need to tell me why and they didn't.  "

Where do you come up with this stuff?   There is nothing that requires them to tell you why an interview was cancelled (except perhaps in your special universe).

Please update this post with the progress of your comical suit.  We all need a laugh every now and then.
