Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband and I are like so many people who are at risk of losing our homes. We got our acceleration letter from our bank regarding the foreclosure and of course we asked for help. I saw the Mortgage Law Group on-line called and talked with a Dante he sounded convincing about what their company does and how it has helped many people. So, we signed up and paid a $1200 retainer fee only to find out that all the paperwork we filled out and had to resend again because the person who was doing the paperwork either could not open them or misplaced them. Then I was told we had to send the final paperwork to the Chicago Office to a Julie McCann. She even e-mailed me to tell us to file a chapter 13 so they could work on a modification loan. Well, that was just a total waste of time. The fax numbers that were given to me were sending back an error. Sent them off three times and each time an error came back. They had given me both numbers. Then I e-mailed her the forms they had requested and attached them. The following day I got this manager of the Florida Company, if I recall his name was Josh.

He had the b*lls to tell me that I did not fax anything, that our house was sold, and there was nothing more they could do.  I called our Mortgage Company and it was not sold, and of course I call ed an attorney and asked how do we know if our house is sold and he was kind enough to tell us. So, what Josh told me was a lie and then to retract and tell me we will have to see what happens the following day. When he told me there was nothing more they could do for us and tell us well we will have to see what happens the following day was twisting the facts around. I did try to explain to him that we did make every effort to send the forms requested and basically I got told that it did not happen. I even sent the fax copy of the error to Julie and to the Florida company and still nothing was done. I got told I may get a partial payment back. Well, that is a joke also. I have e-mailed and called and it is like I am written off. We had to file bankruptcy in order to save our home.

Do Not trust This Company They will Rip you off!
Don't believe a single word they tell you  because it is their selling line and I fell into it just like so many other people have. This company takes advantage of those who are trying to find ways to save their homes. If they have helped others out that is great; however, in our case and so many other cases they did not help us out at all. I just want people to know what this company has done to us and so many other people.
