Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Like many others I was contacted by this company to purchase mortgage leads with 100% contact %rate. I, like many others asked questions in regards to lead quality, source, and expectations on how many I would receive on a daily basis. Working in the second largest market in the US, Texas, I was assured I would receive 1-3 leads daily with filters set for all types of loans, LTV, with good or excellent credit. I paid $2899 and have only received one lead since Sept 1, 2006 they say two, one of which I downloaded. The lead didn't speak English and I was credited for that lead.Thank you. However when I began to question the number of leads received things turned badly quickly.

Without going into all details the company has stopped communicating with me when I suspected someone tampering with my account as all the filters were changed to accept poor/fair credit. This happened the day I questioned and how they conduct business and even expressed concern that they would just fill my account with leads just to fullfill their agreement. Needless to say when I asked for a refund I was of course denied referring to the terms and agreements. At this time I started doing research on the company. Here is what I found out.

They have several complaints with the BBB in the city which they reside.

They is a pending case with the FL Attorney General.

They indicate on their website they are a member of the Mortgage Bankers Assoc. I contacted the Assoc and they are not a member.

On many mortgage/LO forums there are several hundred complaints of Mortgage Lenders/Global Inet Marketing.

I have since filed with the both the TX and FL Attorney Generals office, the BBB and will file complaints with both areas DA's. I will also seek remedy in either or both county courts if I am unable to receive a refund. They use their terms and agreements as their defense, yet they fail to realize that if there is less than a reasonable expectation of services this can supersede any terms and agreements. There CEO has even (on other Rip-Off Reports complaints) acknowledged that TX is a high lead state.

So, if you're one of the lucky who reads this before doing business with Mortgage Lenders good for you. Stay away as far as you can.

To those who wish it pursue this legally contact the FL Attorney Generals office - Economic Crimes Division. If enough individuals file a report with the FL AG's office then this firm could be shut down. It's amazing that after all this time, they are STILL ripping people off, even after all the complaints. By the way BLISKO (the "CEO" of the company), it's been over a year sice my account has been active, and your contract states that after this time, I would be paid for the unused portion of my campaign. Of course this hasnt happened. The strangest part of all this is that these people still call and solicit me! Looks like the hammers coming down Blisko, you better duck! MORTGAGE BROKERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have complaints on here from a dozen states!

Thanks to you and all of the other members who have taken a proactive approach of raising awareness to this type of fraught. Robert Florida U.S.A.
