I was searching the internet for a specific cell phone ringtone. I found it advertised as "FREE" on www.motime.com. I attempted to download the ringtone and got a message saying I would need to pay $9.99 a month for a service subscription. The $9.99 per month subscription would grant me 15 downloads a month. $10 for 15 ringtones?? GOOD DEAL...or so I thought!! I subscribed on a SUNDAY and was immediately sent a text saying the download for my ringtone was on its way. Come FRIDAY, I still had not received the download so I called the company to see what was going on. I was given the run around, put on hold forever, and was actually YELLED at by a rep. When I was finally transfered to a supervisor, I was told I could not receive a refund because my $9.99 payment was for the subscription and not for the download. They had no intention of ever sending me my ringtone. So what did I get in exchange for my $9.99 and 30+ mins. of arguing with extremely rude customer service reps?? Absolutely NOTHING!!! (other than a headache) NEVER use www.motime.com. It's a SCAM!
