Motor Car Concepts II Sold me a broken car and refused to give my trade in back Orlando Florida
A month ago they sold me a 2005 Expedition that started breaking down the next day I got it (after expending three day at the dealership before I took it home becuase they need it to fix the "steering wheel"). The Engine light came out, it turn off while driving it, the driver seat could not adjust, and a exclamation light came out. On the third day, I could not take it anymore and took it back to them.
The car had a 30 days warranty but they will not give my trade in back. How hard that can be? So, they kept the Expedition (which is not good anyways), my tag, and my minivan. They are rude. Very nice unti they sell you a car.
On top of that, they want me to pay them to get my tag back! I have samll kids an no car. It is easy for tyhem to resell the Expedition and guve me my van back than me start looking for another car. I know that because they have been selling the Expedition for two weeks already on Criaglist.
Also, after I took the Expedition back, the salesman was trying to get me into other cars, none of them working properly. All I wanted is a good car for me and my kids but I end up with zero car and no way to get another one thanks to them. Please, be aware. I am living a nightmare.
