Motor Freedom Company had agreement and contract to buy a used truck and dealership did not hold to their agreement. we spoke with owner to try and resolve problem and owner cursed us on the phone and told us to sue him. Ripoff Catoosa Oklahoma
On saturday october 27 2006 myself and my husband went to look at some used trucks. We stopped at motor freedom company in catoosa. We had intrest in a truck on this lot. We talked with a salesman who advised us that the truck had gasket problems but could be fixed with an agreement. We wrote contract that the truck be fixed and delivered the following friday. Signed agreement paid down payment and left. On thursday november 2 2006 I called to verify that the truck would be ready to be picked up and I was told not until the next wednsday. As part of the agreement we were to come pay a payment on that friday. We live outside of tulsa and was on our way to lot to discuss problems and make payment. My husband called to see if owner would be available to talk when we arrived. Our cell phone had bad reception as we were on highway driving to the lot on november 3 2006 a friday evening. The owner called back and began arguing and cursing my husband and told us the deal was off to come pick up our money or sue him. He was very upset and didn't even let us say what we were going to talk about to begin with. The conversation ended and I called back. The owner was very rude and cursed me and hung up. Told me that on saturday november 4 2006 I could show up first thing and pick up a check for my money back. Me and my husband were very interested in this truck and had every intention on taking it home. We were told the truck never left the lot to go to the shop and sat on the sale row. Which gives us understanding that the dealship never intented on fixing or upholding their end of the agreement. Very unprofessional and very rude. I am tring to do business with this company and I was told to stick it up my . . . . I can't believe I was talked to like that. Today saturday november 4 2006 I am at the carlot awaiting my money back so we will see how this goes. I will update later
