After the owner Mike Dodds responded to the BBB complaint he sent me a $200.00 check. He even included a reimbursement for the oil change too. Thank you Motor Trends for doing the right thing. I can report I have had no further issue with my Jeep and my faith in used car shops has been restored. I am glad to have consumer reporting options that can help businesses improve their customer service and in this case solve the problem.
