Motorcycle mall Not sure of gentallman name but was told was owner son! After spending $8,000 cash for one day of owning a Polaris 800,brought back to owner of dealer for overheating n shutting down only had vehical for 24hrs in our posetion,owners denied anything wronge with bike n would not take back!! Belleville New Jersey
Purchase a Polaris 800 quad 2014 model on a Saturday at 5pm,the following morning me my wife and 2 children had travelled 2hrs to go to a place called "hidden trails".paid for our hotell,passes for 2 days and began to go up beginner tail immediately began to smell burning,after about 15 minutes smoke began to rise from quad n monitor said HOT,so we stopped for a while to let quad cool off! rode quad 3 minutes n began to overheat again,and also not start! We had quad towed back to see if service could help us,they told us something is wronge with quad is overheating bring it back to dealer right away!monday morning about 930 am I btought back quad hande owner keys n paperwork n said quad was overheating n no longer wanted that bike!was told "we have to look at it" waited all day heard from no one so at 5pm I went back to dealer just so happen owner was outside,I asked so what you come up with with quad? He told me nothing was wronge with quad! I said are you seriouse? He shrugged his shoulders n paid me no attention n began texting on his phone! So again I asked him when can I get another bike or a check? He told me not doing anything! So I contacted Polaris manufacturer,I explained what happen told them the name of owner of trail co n also dealer at trails name that they could speak to,to verify what had happen with quad n how I was being ignored after spending $8000 a day before! At this time rep said give him a moment going to put me on hold to contact dealer n find out what's going on!aftet speaking to manufacture he explained to me how motorcycle mall was not one of ther 3 tier preferred dealers n ther had been a lot of unanswered complaints from that dealer"motorcycle mall",and that he was going to demand a further diagnostic n see about a buy back or exchange!
So all can say is do yourself a big favor "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING" from this dealer they do not stand behind what they sell nor do they prep the bike you buy! I presently own 3 other Polaris quads n this was a gift for my wife after a battlling/fighting cancer for a a year and a half and needless to say I would still buy another Polaris most likely but never ever anything from motorcycle mall!!if this is how a owner hAndles business what example of integrity Dias he set for his employees?we all work hard for our money and to be taken advantage of & and taken advantage of this dealer should not sell to the public!!!!
