I went back to Wal-Mart and told them that the Motorola phone they gave me was a disaster. The lady at the service desk cheked it out and the rest of the push buttons collapsed into the hard bodied phone case. She showed the manager on duty who apologized after I showed them the receipt proving that I had bought it there. The manager told me to take a Nokia pone instead. I did. I preferred the accessories on the Motorola but the Nokia has held up so much better. I am still using it. The responder was right. If you save your receipt and threaten to tell the news media --or RIP OFF REPORT-- you WILL be treated right. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!

I too had bought a phone from wal-mart once but it was the movida cell phone and service, and was lied to by the phone rep saying it was only .10 per minute in all actuality it was .25 cents per minute. i went back to the wal-mart, and was talking very loud and saying that i was going to call the news media, and they gave me back a full refund for the phone, the minutes, and the phone case. as long as you have your receipt they will do that. signed: richard e.
