motovox Manufacturer pieces of crap and will not return or answer calls kansas city, Missouri
Purchased o go kart manufactured by Motovox and carried by sears for 600 dollars for my daughter. Within 15 minutes it was broken....coming apart from lousy manufacturing.
It took more than 60 calls to these people before I got a person. 17 more calls and finally got technical support only to be told to take it to a repair center an hour away.
The repair shop located the problem immediately as clutch bolts not tightened and axle bent. As well they told motovox this was produced with bent axle or damaged in shipping as tires still had nobbies. Of course motovox ddint want to accept that but agrred to ship parts.
One month later still waiting on motovox to get parts to their repair shop.Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and tomorrow will be retrieving go kart and returning to sears for a full refund as I am tired of dealing with these jack asses.
In 50 years this is the worst product I have EVER purchased and the most uneducated and innept customer service I have dealt with.
So bad that their contracted warranty center agreed with their service and said this is their first motovox repair and their last.
I would take heed and steer clear of any product manufactured by Motovox.
