Here's the scoop..
I have worked for this company almost 6 years now.. I still make $8.50 an hour number one, but thats another story..number 2 I have seen many employees come and go but none of them even remotely close to what you are about to hear of.
My boss is Punjabi and very ironically he hires mostly people of his own race..now this employee in particular I am speaking of also happens to be punjabi indian.
About 2 years ago this employee was hired as a Manager.. everything was great for about a year before things really took a weird change. Since this year he has done nothing but bully around fellow employees, verbally harass them, and tell stories of his life that are just sickening such as raping a woman while videotaping it.
Every employee he does not like, he does his best to target them and make them so upset that they quit, and he has done well so far. He upsets them by trash talking their personal life, telling them how much of a piece of sh*t they are, how stupid they are, etc... he is 22 years old, and a manager of a business for crying out loud...I'm just a shift leader and I would never ever talk like that to one of my fellow co workers.
A couple months ago roughly (and this event is on tape), he had aggressively shoved the cashier girl into a fire extinguisher that resulted in her having to file an injury report and go to the hospital in which the manager said "I was just playing around"......yeah...because thats how all managers play around.
Now on to my case.... last month while I was working, he approached me after the Owner had left the store..he started trash talking me about being late for work and how stupid and useless and retarded I am. I had enough and told him to get the hell out of my face because I was really enraged at that point...he walked off and I thought that was it.... Now a week later I get off work and come back an hour later to retrieve my sunglasses..while talking to another co-worker of mine, the same manager comes back to the store and starts asking me if I cleaned the "dough bowl" after using it.. I told him "No because I have to come back in a few hours and roll more dough." ....and after saying that he said, "Go f*ck your fat girlfriend."...Now I do have a girlfriend who is of average weight and very easily offended when people talk about her weight... I told him to shut his mouth and right before I was about to walk over and knock him in the mouth, I told him he wasn't worth it and I walked out to cool down.
I came back a few hours later and I questioned him "What gives you the right to talk about my girlfriend like that?" ... he said "I can talk about WHATEVER I want, its called freedom of speech." ...the best part about it...I have him recorded saying that on my phone because I needed evidence to show my boss.
After this happened I waited for my boss to show up and called him in his office for an emergency meeting....I played the tape for him and he said "this is the best way, and now I understand why you don't want to work with him...take Saturday and Sunday off because now I'm going to f*ck with him." ......the problem with this... by taking those days off which are the managers only 2 days he works..it cuts back my hours by alot and I have a family to feed..the manager doesn't.
To this very day the manager continues to harass employees and he still works with us... There is even a 3rd employee...this one really aggrivates me...this employee is a 50 year old asian man who speaks very little english..and because he does weird things and says weird things..he is another target to the store manager.....he is constantly being harrassed and asked if he's ever "f*cked a girl" and things like that.
This pig of a manager needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Many years ago...I wrote this report. At the time, I was not only quite young and immature, but also very angry. There was no reason for me to write this stuff on a public forum, nor handle it in this absurd way. As of now, I am a lot older, wiser, and far more mature than before. The man I am now would never do this. A few months ago, I called the owner/my former boss.. and apologized sincerely. Currently, I work for this company, but b at a different location on top of working a full time job. Things with the company this time around are great.

The purpose of this report is not to destroy anyones reputation.. I did quit the job a handful of times because I got d**n tired of the crap that went on, unfortunately I had no other place to go but if I had burned the bridge, he obviously would not have taken me back that same handful of times now would he? He didn't take me back because he felt sorry for me, he took me back because he knew what would likely be exposed if he stabbed me in the back and because I busted my a*s off for him. I actually tried to get fired so his a*s would pay unemployment but he's too d**n cheap so he never fired me.. THAT is how that went down, next time do your research. How about I get in touch with other former employees and they can tell you the truth of why they left.. It's not up to me to get them involved, but I do know their stories..you don't.
This does affect the public because any "public member" who decides they want to get a job here hopefully decides otherwise! And if that doesn't happen then hopefully Sunny will see this and realize what HE is doing wrong and should hopefully start playing by the rules.

How long did it take you 2 to write all that bullshit? It was good, didn't believe a d**n word of it but it was good. Second question, how much did he pay you to write a response, because I certainly don't see any d**n names left behind. Hmmm out of the less than 10 employees, who could it be?
My family USED to go there because I never told them any of this crap because it's my fight. His race is very well involved in this. I'm not including every eastern indian, if I was that would just be wrong and out of hate for that race. I don't hate anyone from Punjabi..I hate Sunny. Obviously you guys lack the integrity and have fallen victim to his bribe to comment on this...funny thing is...only 2 of you? Where the hell is everyone else..let's hear what they have to say! Nate.. as an employee at Mountain Mikes i Believe your taking this to far. for one you have no right using other peoples stories as your defence. Its sad to see how far people go to try to destroy a stores rep. This is not the public's problem and they don't need to know whats going on behind the counter. I'm sorry you feel the way you do but i don't see any one else complaining about the business. the owner of the store take good care of all of us. spec for the fact that no ones been fired. no work place you walk into is going to be perfect. I hope you can find a job that will treat you better.. I understand were you feel hurt but again its not the publics problem.

nate i worked for the sunny for the same amount of time u did. i made more hourly than you did even though i am not indian. at one point i was the highest paid employee in there. how would you explain that? u were never on time to work and u always borrowed money from every one at work. im not saying you are a bad person im just saying that its wrong of you to blame some one like sunny and our manager after all the times they have helped you out. there is a whole mix of ethnicities that work there as far as i remember there is only to indian guys that work there.
the funny thing is that even though u hate the store so much, every time i go in to get food i see your family in there having a really good time.
your problem with the store might be genuine but its sad that you have to blame every thing on race. that is the only reason i am replying to your report. and i would also like to know if u are currently working or not. its funny how u forgot to mention how many times you quit the job and every time you needed help sunny and the "pig manager" helped you by rehiring you or lending you money.
