Any customer that has returned a damaged game has their account noted, any account noted more than three times is refused playguard, and any other game returned damaged is to be paid for. Playguard is GREAT, not a scam, it's saved my customers hundreds of dollars, but when you come in in one month with more than 5 games or movies destroyed, or more, and COST our stores HUNDREDS of dollars, d**n right Im gonna refuse you playguard and make u pay for any more damaged product. What are you doing ?! Would you treat your own games or movies the way you treat a rental outlets product?

the problem is clearly you and your kids. I've rented movies for years and have been a manager for both Hollywood Video and Blockbuster. DVD & Games are hard to mess up. 25 cents or whatever play guard costs does not cover them in any ways if you keep breaking disks. Hell in all honesty I would have flagged your account to not be allowed to rent period if you kept bringing back our product damaged.
