MovingRochester.com Manny Properties Terrible Landlords, and Realtors. Stay as far away as you can. Rochester, New York
From day one of this two year adventure things have been interesting to say the least. These guys are terrible landlords and explicitly don't care about anything regarding service or maintenance once you move in. I have personally watched them purposely ignore phone calls when they know it's a tenant with a maintenance issue. They are famous for creatively billing your security deposit and have been sued dozens of times, which is the only way you'll ever get it back.
There's lots of apartments for rent in Rochester, make sure your property manager or landlord has no affiliation with Joseph Rinaudo or Andrew Tickle, you'll be glad you did. They manage or own several properties in the Greater Rochester area and upon a public records search of both of their names you'll find out what motivated this former tenant to warn the general public. I even tried to use Joseph as a real estate agent, thinking he would treat me well being a tenant, but he doesn't even return phone calls to his real estate clients!
Don't get me wrong, first impression was decent, but once the lease is signed and you get moved in you will no longer exist in their eyes despite the song and dance routine they give. Stay Away!
