Mp3-source.net - MP3 Source ripoff dishonest billing bait and switch Internet
I went to mp3-source.net and requested their monthly $1 and change account and got charged $34.52 canadian and a $29.00 canadian over limit charge.
I cannot get ahold of anyone at their 877 number and their website will not permit me to access billing or support pages. When I called the phone number given to me on my credit card bill I either got a not available message ,so I left a message and got no reply.
Then I called it again the next day (day Im writting this) and got an automated message saying for me to call 1-877-452-8211. Which I promptly called and got " we are sorry but all are busy please leave a message and we'll call you back" .
Well no response as of yet.( I'll let you know if I get a call back.) .The message also says that they have a no refund policy. But I did not agree to the above amounts. ARGH ARGH .
Any one else out there deal with these clowns ???????
