Mp3suite.com rip off! Internet
I signed up for this service and had zero luck downloading any music. One song out of 12 attempts. My interent security provider would stop all attempts other than the one successful download and warn me that the connection was a tracking site...read "spyware"... which mp3 suite.com advertises as not on their service. Of course they also guarantee a 60 day refund for any reason you're disatisfied. Baloney!
I contacted their "customer service" people at least 10 times about the problem and all they could do is send basic problem solving replies. Nothing pertaining to my particular problem. I requested a refund and heard nothing. 2 to 3 weeks later I again contacted them about getting a refund. I again receive the basic problem solving return email. I immediately emailed back & demanded the refund as they promise. Nothing in reply.
This is at best a handy way for others to tap your computer in my opinion and the company does nothing to protect you. If you can download, good luck. Their advertising is false as they do not offer you any protection from spyware and they will not even answer you when you request their "guaranteed" refund. The Washington Post did an article about them and it is available on the web. Read it and I doubt you'll want to deal with this rip-off excuse for a company.
