Purchased a website modification (games arcade) which had a lot of flaws on the understanding that "updates" would be every 2-3 weeks until this software was perfected at a cost of 55. This was back in December and there is still no finished product in fact the "maker" has openly admitted it is seriously flawed and has been scrapped. Myself and others have attempted to get our money returned and have been ignored to the extent he has even put limitations on our accounts at his website to stop us from posting the truth. In this time I have done a lot of digging into this man and discovered he is known for pulling these stunts on people and has pulled these stunts on many many angry people. He seems to think he is above the law and treats everyone with contempt, this person is in my eyes nothing better than a thief. I paid for a finished product and have not recieved it after 9 long months, therefore I expect to have my money refunded since it was HE who annonced it was "seriously flawed and was being scrapped"

My experience with this individual

The company/individual mentioned in this report is a member of the community of people who write third-party products that work with Invision Power Service's (IPS) product line.  I am writing this response as a senior member of this community, and as someone who works as an unpaid volunteer with IPS on their official site for these third-party products.

Most of the members of this community are very positive, helpful members, who quickly address issues reported to them and we don't hear a lot of "I got scammed" messages regarding them.  The member reported here, though, has the distinction of being the one most often mentioned as being a scammer.

On the official company forums for these products, the staff always deletes any messages people leave which specifically name third-party authors as being people to avoid, so I cannot provide any specific, publicly visible, reports regarding this individual, but I do know that I have seen in the neighborhood of 15-20 such reports, with no evidence that he has ever tried to make good and resolve such issues.

Speaking as someone who is not only one who oversees this community, but also a fellow third-party product author, I also have a specific instance of this individual's shady behavior related to one of my own products.  My most popular product is a Tutorials application, which is a commercial product I sell.  I have sold this product in various iterations for several years, and it is a well-known and stable product.  As I was developing the most recent version of this application, this individual was browsing my site where the development was taking place.  Viewing what he was accessing I could see he was doing nothing except sit for several minutes on each page, while contributing nothing else to my site.  I learned through the community that he was making a competitive product to mine, and the screenshots he posted showed that his product was designed to be a mirror image of my own established product.

I've not seen any positive contribution this individual has ever made to our community, all I have seen about him in the years he has been a member have been reports of him either scamming his customers or copying others work to sell for his own profit.

I also purchased this product and have been continually lied to about updates on the "product" it has been one lie after another and never a working product that has been finalized.  His product was to be updated every 2 - 3 weeks which NEVER happened.  I too was provided files of the "so called product" which did not work when trying to reinstall the product.  The code that is being used is very suspect of another authors work and is now being sold as this person's work, the owner of MPFF Webiste Solutions is unethical in his business practices, he tends to not answer queries about his products and tends to BAN people from his site who inquire about the progress of his products.  This site needs to be shut down before more innocent people are taken in by his questionable practices

I myself purchased the arcade system back in December, and was also advised that there will be an update in a months time, around 4 months later it was updated. He also said that the update, he would be supplying files for us to use to update, but this was not the case, he advised that he needed to update it, which i let him, he then supplied me some files and said if i need them, here they are. (i tested the files and they did not work on a test forum i had set up, they was missing sql files).

At this point i posted on the forums about bugs which i had found, then i get a message from him advising me that his company does not like how i am posting on his support site.

After a few weeks of getting ignored or moaned at, i filled a charge back with paypal, which i knew i would not win due to there rules with charge-back's (it was over 60 days).

Next day, he talks to me on msn and advises me that i am now banned from his site, his so called "Product", and his support.

I have since found out that it was stolen code from an old arcade system and he has done this with other Paid mods for forums.
