Anslem Jackson is the owner and operator of Mr. Clean Carpet Cleaners or Mr Kleen Air Duct/Carpet Cleaning Services. Mr. Anslem contacted me last month, after viewing my resume on a popular job site. We spoke, and he agreed to pay me $10 an hour and give me 40 hours a week, for my services.I was responsible for making outbound calls to a lead list, distributed by Anslem himself, in order to establish appointments for the company.
Seems simple, right? At least I thought so! Out of thin air one day, I get a call from the boss.He gives me this spill about my paycheck being put on hold until he gets the funds. Now listen carefully! He gave me the prices to quote, so I did what I was told.
I don’t know what his problem was, but he began to complain about my appointments, saying he didn’t make any real money from those jobs. Technically that’s not my problem, I did my job! He was very inconsiderate when I told him my rent is due. He said there is nothing he can do about it. “When are you returning back to work?” I said: “Not until I’m paid for my services!”
A company is supposed to have their employee’s pay even if they’re running a special or Black Friday Sale. Even if McDonald’s decided to run a $.50 burger sale, I guarantee all employees will still receive their standard pay. These are 2 separate departments. Anslem Jackson robbed me for $400! People like this give work from home companies a bad name.
I have over a decade of experience in virtual customer service, and this situation I’m experiencing is really making me consider working outside of the home.
Guess what I came across on RipOffReport.com! Another complaint from last year, similar to mines. SMH
