Complaint Review: Mr. Nicholas Perez - V.F. Nicholson - Houston Texas

My name is Nicholas Perez and I am proud to have been elected active President/CEO of a mid-size legally registered commercial collection firm in Houston, TX. After having searched our company name in Goggle, I found this website which I believe is a great resource to protect consumers from illegitimate business practices. Unfortunately, I also see how allowing any individual to publish information about anyone anywhere can sometimes effect companies who strive to maintain their integrity. After having reviewed the information posted in this site I was left in complete confusion, the gentleman who has decided to slander the character of our firm does not realize that our company tailors strictly to businesses and not individual consumers, thereby not having any direct right to consider himself a ripped-off consumer of our firm. Adam, who feared to state his identity, listed himself as Mrs. Houston, Texas U.S.A. in the closing of his report. He is the boyfriend of an ex-phone-actor, who was a personal friend of mine that we hired to set a few of our corporate voicemails. I will not list the name of our ex-phone actor to respect his privacy and integrity. Adam's jealousy is what became the underling factor as to why we could not continue doing work with the actor himself; Adam repeatedly harassed the employees of our firm thinking that we were involving ourselves in a homosexual relationship with his boyfriend, simply because Adam himself is a homosexual, which means nothing to us. What Adam failed to realize is that we are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not hire individuals based on but not limited to there sexual preferences. See the career link at www.vfnicholson.com The actor himself was to be paid upon full completion of this simple job, unfortunately this potential business relationship did not work, his services were not used and the actor gladly agreed that we did not owe him any money, we can support this with documentation. As for misspellings, we thank Adam for his attention to the details of our site. We shared his claim with the Webmaster of our site and he could not find the misspellings or the truly falsified information that Adam spoke of. As for his closing: He calls your job if you try to make him aware of his misleading business practices!!! We can only say that as a collection agency we implement technology as simple as Caller ID, when having received numerous hang-up calls our caller Id listed the calling company name as USLD, INC. So we called this number back and insistently received a fax tone, which clearly indicated to us that the number that we were called on was a fax line. This brings us to the conclusion (after Mrs. Houston, Texas U.S.A.'s confession) that Adam; during his work hours took the time to call us via his employers fax machine. In closing, we would like to thank Adam for providing us a way to be found on Google.com, we hope that any business in need for our services will take attention to the details in Adams report but most importantly focus on the services that we offer to our clients on a contingency basis and allow us to prove ourselves to our New Clients with nothing to loose.
